Spay/Neuter Policy

Our goal is to have every animal spayed or neutered prior to being adopted. However, that is not always possible and/or in the best interest of the animal. Alternative options to this policy are listed below and are determined by the shelter director on a case by case basis depending on the needs and best interest of the animal (s) in question.
In some situations a certificate may be issued for a free spay/neuter at a participating veterinary hospital or clinic.
